Fees…

Unless you attend via a Third Party provider to secure your session time, a percentage of your fee is payable at time of booking and the balance at time of consultation for all new clients.

After Hours appointments (6pm onwards) must be paid in full at time of booking.

We accept cash, credit cards or direct (internet banking) deposit.

Direct Deposit needs be processed prior to your appointment. Please allow adequate time 2-3 days in advance of your session for first time clients, if this is the option you choose.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hrs Notice is required should you need to cancel. This provides some time to attempt to fill the spot.

Short notice cancellations incur a fee.

It is not uncommon in many businesses including practices where fees are charged for short notice cancellations. We always endeavour to fill cancellations, and should we be able to fill your spot you will not be charged short notice fees.
